Free shipping on all orders over $100 CAD

Orders under $100 CAD are charged a flat shipping rate calculated at checkout.

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Estimated delivery time is 3-10 business days depending on location.

Tracking information will be emailed once the order ships.

We currently ship within Canada only.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 7 days of delivery.

We’ll work quickly to make it right.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Illegal Strength is not responsible for delays or additional costs caused by incorrect addresses.

For Pre-Order Items 

If an item is marked as a pre-order, estimated shipping timelines will be displayed on the product page.

Orders containing pre-order items may ship once all items are available.
